Account Administrator - English plus (French, German, Italian, Spanish a plus) Amsterdam

• Regular contact with account managers to handle all their administrative functions • Establish customer profiles in the database system (updating the system with new customers, shipping, maintaining the customer database) • Receive and enter customer orders through order entry system • Manage the order lifecycle (booking, prioritizing and scheduling orders) • Check customer POs for accuracy and timelines of submission • Answer queries related to shipments being returned for warranty service • Track shipments • Run basic reports as required Maintain collaborative working relationship with account managers to insure support for accounts. Responsibilities • Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts proportions, percentages, rate, area, circumference, and volume • Proficiently solve problems and deal with a variety variables in situations • Interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram form • Read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, customer contracts, special pricing agreements, inventory reports • Write moderately complex reports, business correspondence Investigate common inquiries or complaints from customers and provide appropriate feedback that allows the Account Manager to close the issue with the customer. • 1 or 2 years systems and data entry experience with Oracle ERP system knowledge • Web application input and manipulation • MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Outlook • Ability to use effective Internet/Intranet searches
