In this particular international inbound sales project you have to deal with challenging questions and requests from German (European) customers. You are the contact of our client and you have to deal with business subscribers, who generally have a leading position in business services. It’s your job to answer their questions and requests in a proper and efficient manner and to keep the positive brand experience. You have to deal with both telephone and e-mail questions and you are capable of communicating with customers trough both channels.Experience• Call center experience is preferred;• Customer-oriented attitude is preferred.
Personal requirements:• At least 21 years;• MBO+ level of work and thinking, preferring HBO;• You need to be a native speaker German;•Networking & computer technology knowledge upfront is a must;• Minimum 24 hours per week available• Working days Monday till Friday from 08.30 till 17.00 o’clock• March 2012 available• Salary approximately € 10,00 p/h, based on 23 years and olderPlease note that you need to live in the Netherlands (preferable area Rotterdam) for this position.
