HVAC Field Service Technician needed in Baltimore, MD area

Job Summary:

Perform service and diagnositcs and routine maintenance and repair on commercial HVAC systems ranging in size from 3-50 tons.
Various types of equipment - RTU's, Split, VAV, CW/HW
Maintain service on service van provided
Troubleshoot
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written verbal skills
Ability to make route profitable
Detailed and accurate; organized
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Flexible in scheduling. Must be available to take calls between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. weekdays.
Stable job history
Computer Literate
Must own a computer or have daily access to a computer

Must have current EPA Certification
Must successfully pass a background screening
Must successfully pass a motor vehicle screening and have a clean driving record

Two year technical or vocational certificate or degree in HVAC.

Must reside 20 miles within the Baltimore area due to the assigned territories.


Salary ranges: $18.00 - 22.00 hourly DOE
