The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, a self-starter has good communication skills, a customer service orientation, possess excellent problem solving and decision making skills.

Job Requirements
Candidate requirements:

· 5 yrs Clinical experience in home health

· 5 years Medicare experience

· Current Maryland RN license
· Coordinates and manages all services rendered to clients

· Supervises nursing personnel

· Strong management skills

· Participates in program planning, recruitment and in-service education

· BSN required
