The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating purchase orders with transactional stakeholders: suppliers, vendors, customs agents/officers, and internal departments. The Customer Service Representative is the nexus of communication and documentary flow for each transaction, keeping regular contact by phone, fax, and e-mail. Key emphasis is placed on good communication and strong organizational skills.
