Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a dynamic engineering and design team and be accountable for implementing strategies and providing advice and engineering support and services to ensure designs are produced accurately, timely and within budget..

Additionally, you will contribute to cost-effective project engineering and drafting services as well as reviewing long-term strategies and assisting in the continuous improvement process of the Engineering division.

You will be a proven leader with a prominent approach to developing effective teams. Your demonstrated strong leadership capabilities, your ability to drive results and achieve deadlines within agreed timeframes, your prior experience in supervising multi-functional teams and your excellent communication skills are paramount to this position..

To be successful in this role, you will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering with a minimum of eight to ten years experience..

Prior experience in a continuous process, civil construction or related environment is vital..
