Construction Manager – Completions

Our client is an international Oil & Gas company based in the UAE and worldwide. They are currently recruiting a number of Construction Manager - Completions to be based on their projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE and Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate should have experience working with construction craft from the Philippines and have experience working in the CIS/FSU, Middle East and/or North Africa. Within the Construction Completions Team you will be responsible for the following:

• Recruitment and development of a direct hire construction workforce (general foremen, foremen, skilled craft) capable of installing and/or completing piping, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems

• Recruitment of a construction leadership (construction superintendents & field engineers) to lead and manage the construction completions team

• Development and implementation of training & development programs for our manual labour workforce

• Development of standardised construction work processes, procedures, and systems

• Development and monitoring of employment conditions (wages, benefits, R&R cycles, etc) for our manual labour workforce

Experience / Background:

• 15+ years experience in direct hire construction

• 10+ years experience in the oil & gas industry

• 10+ years experience in direct hire construction supervision

• Experience working with an international E&C company

• Excellent leadership and communications skills
