Coordinator Systems Cost & Logistics - SE Rotterdam

In this position you will be responsible for the design and maintenance of databases related to the Cost & Logistics Department i.e. inventory, feeder etc. You will be responsible for computer programming using visual basic for executing tasks in Excel for reports needed by the department as well as execution and maintenance of the internal databases and systems in close coordination with a number of internal departments.  Part of your job will be to execute and monitor the Pick up / Drop off database as well as executing and monitoring the inland cost process, both these items will be done in close collaboration with the Regional Logistics teams. You will maintain the existing Inland Transport System as well as monitor and Analyse the monthly transportation report and coordinate with the Regional Logistics teams for related improvement opportunities. Finally you will also be responsible for the monitoring and analysing of the monthly maintenance and repair report per region and coordinate with the regions for related improvements.    HBO level of education 4-6 years experience in the field of logistics (NB: shipping/containers)Strong analytical skillsKnowlegde of ExcelHign level of English is required.
