Main responsibilities:

Build Financial Services organizational capability and credibilty with Finance and sectors
Establish and deliver effective financial services (Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Order to Cash) framework with finance transformation teams in order to support the (Regional) Business needs as defined in the Regional Sectors' yearly goals
Implement Process standards and system solution to achieve world class level
Provide required service level performace so that the company can obtain top tier performance with peer group
Deliver productivity goals and performance objectives to support the enterprise goals
Ensure robust internal controls and full compliance to the company policy and Requirements
Operational Leadership for Financial Services - EMEA Region
Build & lead the Financial Services Team in EMEA (incl the Regional Center Operational Leaders, the regional Transformation Leader and the Regional Strategy Leaders
Primary Customer Contact Sector Finance Leaders Europe
