Our client is looking for a new team leader customer service EMEA. The customer service department is part of the shared service centre situated at the Rotterdam site. It’s a fulltime job (40 hours a week, daytime). The team leader is responsible for customer satisfaction, meet customer requirements and further optimizing of processes and organization.Higher education (HBO+) in customer service, logistics and distribution or other related area or equivalent in education and work experience. At least five years of experience in customer service, logistics and distribution, preferably in an international (chemical) business to business environment. A few years of management experience and experience in using HR policies and instruments is preferred. Good Communication skills and fluent in preferably Dutch, English and German (spoken and written). Ability to understand statistical analysis. Knowledge of and experience with SAP and MS office tools.
