Rodan + Fields Dermatologists is bringing exclusive dermatology-based skin treatment to everyone, not just those suffering from acne. To support this mission, we are interviewing for consultants and sales reps in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex to begin immediate training and selling.

Position overview:

We are looking for individuals with the best in sales talent, who are driven, have a passion for connecting with customers and have a proven track record of performance and solution-based strategies.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly sales goals.

- Attend sales and development training.

- Open, track and maintain customer and business accounts.

- Cultivate relationships with clients and provide training for our products to maximize results through creative sales strategies and account prospecting.

- Close the sale of new business prospects.

- Once sales record is proven, promotions (with bonuses) in training other consultants/sales reps will be considered.

1+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record in closing sales in any industry.

Background in health and beauty field is an advantage but not required.
