Mandatory Requirements: • 8 Years of Experience in planning and accomplishing goals, independently and perform a variety of complicated tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. • 8 Years of Experience in managing a technical organization with responsibility for a customer base. • 8 Years of Experience in overall responsibility for results in a collaborative environment, requiring close coordination with multiple teams in order to successfully accomplish goals. • 8 Years of Experience in Demonstrated ability for setting overall strategy and customer relationship building, community positioning, and working with other departments to accomplish goals. • 8 Years of Experience in Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. • 5 Years of Experience in Knowledge of Texas Medicaid Systems. • 5 Years of Experience in Knowledge of the privacy and security as it relates to Texas Medicaid. • 5 Years of Experience in Strong foundation in analysis of business process. • 5 Years of Experience in Strong foundation in ability to suggest alignment of privacy and security business process with automation. • 5 Years of Experience in Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.

Desirable Requirements: • 5 Years of Experience in Previous HHSC Privacy and Security experience. • 5 Years of Experience in Knowledge of HHSC organizational environment. • 5 Years of Experience in Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills

Education Required: Associate's Degree
