Job Description
• Monitor client dispatch queue and ensure confirmation of all unconfirmed rides within 48 hour period
• Contact service providers to confirm unconfirmed rides
• Contact customers to clarify any uncertain ride details
• Handle any necessary ride rebookings; negotiate rebooking rates where necessary
• Escalate problem rebookings to escalations team
• Position is part time (approx 37.5 hours per week); Shift is 7am- 3pm mountain Monday through Friday. Required training meetings (phone) are scheduled for 6pm-7pm on Mondays or Wednesdays - employee choice. This position is an in-office position in our Westminster, CO office.
Qualifications
• 1-3 years in a dispatch or customer service reservations environment
• Excellent client service skills and excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Strong ability to thrive under pressure & adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
• Strong problem solving skills; ability to take initiative and be resourceful at solving complex problems
• Strong team player
