You will work closely with top programmers from Silicon Valley and Viet Nam interactively on the same code, speaking in English while interactively adding tests and features and refactoring your work. You have an intuitive understanding of object oriented programming and can develop applications rapidly. You already know an object oriented programming language very well, and if you don't know Ruby on Rails, you are sure you can learn it, like any language, in a few weeks. Refactoring and test based development are familiar concepts.
