This individual will direct restaurant and event sales and marketing efforts ensuring that the business is financially successful and that it represents our brand identity in its entirety, therefore positively impacting our global operation.1    Minimum 4 years of promotional marketing, advertising, public relations and/or hospitality sales2    Coordinate operations between departments.3    Teach/coach and document employees who fail to meet standards to maintain a high quality workforce.4    Present a professional image to employees, guests, clients, owners and investors.5    Attend client functions and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction and promote future business.6    Build business/market share by thinking of new ways to promote the company and by participating in local events to increase sales and profits. 7    Develop and maintain positive relationships with in the business and social community. 8    Spearhead philanthropic initiatives.9    Work as a team, helping all employees to complete the required activities that ensure we blow away Guest expectations.10  Maintain low staff turnover rate and high morale.11  Operate ethically to protect the image of the brand.12  Utilize programs designed to help the environment.13  Computer literate essential.  Proven above average ability with Microsoft Software platforms (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) skill set14  Previous customer relationship management (CRM) software/database day-to-day utilization.
