Our client is a leading international company in the construction industry. They are currently looking for an experienced, talented and committed Finance Director to lead the financial function of the company in Morocco.

Finance Director, French speaking, Morocco

Reporting to the group CFO based at the headquarter, the Finance Director is responsible for:

* Directing treasury and financial accounting & reporting functions

* Participating in the company’s 5 year strategic plan

* Recommending financial costing and accounting policies and procedures

* Monitoring the company’s expenditures and performance against the annual budget

* Directing the preparation of annual financial statements and financial management reporting

* Developing financial management performance metrics

* Identifying financial risks

To be successful in this challenging environment, you are CA/CPA qualified, with over 8 years experience in a senior finance role. Experience in construction or technical environment desirable. In addition, you are an ambitious and committed professional with excellent analytical and communication skills as well as a ‘can do’ attitude. You have a strong experience in developing and operating financial and organisational risk management frameworks.
