You are responsible for assisting the team of Financial Account Managers in Leiden and Budapest on a daily basis. Tasks include:• Data entry in the respective databases• Preparing statement of accounts and notifications• Preparing payment instructions• Checking that payments are authorized and processed• Supporting staff in assigned project based work• Assisting in the termination process of agreements and follow the termination procedures• Other reasonable duties as assigned
