Silverado Hospice is looking for a caring and experienced per diem Crisis Care Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Available per diem shifts would fall on both weekdays and weekends.

General job functions include:

Provide intermittent visits or shifts of skilled nursing care.
Perform prescribed medical treatments, including pain management and symptom control.
Provide teaching regarding the expected course of the disease, care techniques and other health measures to the patient, family or other primary care giver.
Participate in the care plan development and implementation.
