Your Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced telesales representative who will excel at selling merchant solutions and services over the telephone. Specifically, this position will be involved in the following areas: Core Responsibilities include:· Opportunity identification/qualification by contacting prospective customers generated from marketing activities as well as from cold calling efforts to determine interest, needs, and qualifications for potential sales opportunities· Creating relationships with prospects over the phone and via email - identifying business needs to create opportunities to sell our solutions and services· Maintaining complete and accurate records of all prospecting activity· Effectively articulate business enhancing solutions and benefits to influential decision makers· Maintain cohesive team strategy with the sales team.Here’s what we need:· A minimum of 2 years experience of professional B2B or B2C telesales experience required.· Demonstrated sales aptitude: assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated and a CLOSER.· Strong phone prospecting skills to have well-structured conversations with prospects at any level· Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com, is required· Must have excellent oral, written communication, and customer relations skills· Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks· Must be goal-oriented; must be able to reach and exceed daily/monthly quotas· Very professional with high-energy level and a winning attitude · Mature and self confident with the ability to work under pressure· Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office, Excel, Word, Internet· Able to work independently as well as with a team· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required If you’re excited by the opportunity to use your persuasive personality to engage key decision makers in the payments industry and build a lucrative commission based income we want to talk to you!
