Creating and updating order files, issuing timely and accurate order documentation
Data entry and maintenance of the database for order tracking purposes
Resolving service problems with suppliers and vendors during order fulfillment
Resolving discrepancies when necessary
Tracking order completion and coordinating internally with Marketing and Logistics teams
Middle Vocational Education (MBO)
Approx. 0-2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in Order Management or Customer Services) 
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluency in English and French with a strong preference for Dutch or German as an extra language
