As a French with German customer service rep you will deal with all incoming queries of Business clients like retailers and resellers. This is not a typical high volume B2C customer service role. In this role you will deal with warranty issues, delivery issues and any other issue that might arise on a B2B level. This is a challenging role whereby you are part of a small Multinational team support the German, French and Italian market. Working hours are from Monday to Friday and ongoing training will be provided so you can deliver the best customer service possible. You are a near native speaker in both French and German and have fluent English. The ideal candidate has some experience in customer service, either in a retail or office environment. You have excellent phone manners and have to quickly identify problems and solve them in a professional manner. The role is based in West Ireland.
