Outrigger on the Lagoon Fiji is an award winning 254 room five star luxury Resort on the Coral Coast of Fiji.

We are seeking applications for the position of General Manager from suitably qualified industry professionals.

This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire daily operations and success of the resort.

The successful candidate will demonstrate as a minimum requirement:

* 5 years International experience as a 5 star Resort General Manager

* Strong background in all facets of resort operational management

* Documented leadership success of a large team

* Strong relationship experience with senior travel identities in our major source markets

* An ability to lead, mentor and develop local executive talent

* A prior history of policy making and implementation

* Highly skilled in financial hotel analysis, reporting and performance
