We are looking for a HOUSEKEEPER / CLEANER. The purpose of the position is to maintain a safe and clean environment for our clients. Eventually, he/she will replace the operations manager to check the customers in and out, customer care and cash management.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

· Is responsible for the quality of their own work subject to routine supervision;
· Works under routine supervision either individually or in a team;
· Performs those tasks customarily performed by cleaners utilising a range of materials and equipment, to clean a range of surfaces in order to restore or maintain apartments in an clean and hygienic condition.
· Must be able to work quickly and efficiently without invading their guests' privacy and should have a neat, clean appearance.
· An especially thorough cleaning is done after the occupants of the apartment check out.
· Checks the customers in and out and cash management when required.
· Customer care when the apartments are occupied.

Tasks:

HOUSEKEEPING
· Spot cleaning of carpets and soft furnishings;
· Operating hand held powered equipment such as blowers, vacuum cleaners and polishers;
· Sweeping and mopping;
· Toilet cleaning;
· Rubbish collection;
· Cleaning of private residences, and the performing of domestic work including but not limited to cleaning and washing;
· Telephone cleaning a germ proofing;
· Cleaning of glass, both internal and external;
· Cleaning of terraces depending on the apartment.
· Dusting of hard surfaces;
· Re-arranging and re-organising furniture;
· Wiping and sweeping under and around seats and table tops;
· The housekeepers replace soiled linen and towels;

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
· Waiting for the customers in the apartment.
· Checking the customers in.
· Explaining the basic information of the apartment / area / city.
· Receiving payments.
· Checking the customers out. Refund security deposit after checking the apartment.

Conditions:

· A serious, confidence and responsible person. High commitment.
· Customer oriented and helpful.
· High school education (preferred). English and Spanish. Transport: motorbike (preferred). Experience in the position, for instance in hotels, residences or similar.
· Part Time in phase 1.
· Timetable: Flexible, including weekends.
· Salary: to be negotiated.
· contract (we are offering a long term collaboration).
