Houston, TX, USA: Sales Representative
We are seeking exceptionally-qualified candidates for the position of Sales Representative in our Houston, Texas facility.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Selling and promoting our products and services
2. Maintaining current business and developing new business Increasing market share and achieving sales goals
3. Making office presentations and providing services related to customer’s accounts
Qualifications:
Successful candidate will have some experience in cold calling as a method of business development.
1. A formal degree is preferred but not required.
2. 1-3 years outside sales experience selling directly to customers
3. A proven track record of success with strong closing skills
4. Self motivated, creative and has the ability to work independently
5. A competitive spirit, great attitude and the confidence to ask for the business
6. Excellent work ethic and integrity
Services
1. IT Projects and Services
The typical IT consulting services include network, servers, IT administration, telephones, office IT build-out, helpdesk etc.
2. Server “Leasing”
Instead of buying servers, we encourage customers to “lease” our ready-to-go servers such as File Server, Windows Small Business Server, Exchange Server, Database Server, and Web Server. This helps customers save a great amount of money (up to 80%) because by using our servers they don’t need to invest in hardware, software or consulting fee.
Employment type: Contract - Independent
Compensation (commission only, no base salary or benefit):
- Server “Leasing” Commission: $500 - $1,000/server
- Projects & Services Commission: 20% of the total billable hours
