Responsible for “Tools Lead forwarding” , “(high-end) Tools Lead Qualitication” and follow-up for (high-end) Tools Leads with the responsible Channels.Day to day contact for the Tools Channels in the Region to give them optimum pre-sales support to drastically grow the Tools business through Channels.Relase DAM’s from day-to-day operational questions/support so they can focus on visiting end-customers, visiting key-Tools-accounts and opening new Tools channels.Contacts each Gold customer quarterly and sells (through Channel) Gold re-newals for Tools.Telesales with Try & Buy for (new) ToolsWeekly reporting of Leads, Gold sales/renewals, Distributor dashboards Maintain database with accurate and current customer and prospect information.Report to Marketing and Sales on results of Regional/International Channel promotionsDegree in sales, marketing or technical field, and three years inside sales experience in a business to business (B2B) environment with international Channels with technical products in the IT industry.At least 1 year proven successful telesales experience in a B2B environment.Native German language skills, excellent English and preferably knowledge of Dutch and/or a Scandinavian language.Ability to work with assigned International virtual sales team. Interact with them to resolve commercial issues, motivate, promote and sell products to Channels. Good working knowledge of products, industry, customers and Channels.Possess good Sales and Marketing skills. This is a critical Channel contact position requiring good oral and written communication skills including tact and diplomacy. Position requires computer proficiency, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
