Job profile for Inside Sales Representative:Your core responsibility will be:

Being the central service contact for the assigned accounts.

Operating in tandem with the field representatives in France.

Maintaining contact with clients.

Anticipating client needs.

 

Your core tasks will be:

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls.

Preparing, keeping record of and following up on quotations and orders.

Preparing, keeping record of and inserting sample requests.

Handling, monitoring and following up on requests from assigned customers concerning invoices, credit notes, (out of stock) orders, etc.

Participating in yearly visits to clients, in cooperation with external sales representatives.

Following up on sales and marketing campaigns.

Processing and monitoring all complaints within the guidelines of our client’s company policy.

Handling, keeping record, submitting and confirming (in writing) all special price requests to customers within the guidelines set by sales/marketing.

Informing customers in a timely fashion about product changes, price changes, service-policy changes, etc.

Correcting administration and processing of (logo) imprinting request and orders from clients (in cooperation with the artwork department).

Monitoring and informing customers in a timely fashion about changes in delivery schedules.

Having daily contact with tandem field representative and offering complete update on daily events.

Participating in fairs in Europe.

Keeping track of maximum (internally set) credit line and consulting with Finance Department in case of non-payments of accounts receivable.

Monitoring and informing customers about freight costs and shipment details.
