• Providing administrative support to the training and career development activities of the HR unit;• Organising and registering post holders to training activities;• Organising internal and external training activities (following the budget and procurement rules);• Liaising with training providers;• Updating existing databases and monitoring training implementation;• Drafting and maintaining training maps and training passports for post holders;• Liaising with various post-holders in identifying their training needs;• Updating and maintaining training records (including financial records);• Acting as a focal point for all post holders with regards to training related matters;• Updating career development records of post holders;• Assisting in the development of Job descriptions for post-holders;• Preparing and providing statistics to the training and career development sector;• Setting up and maintaining filing systems and archives;• Processing letters, notes, minutes and other texts;• Maintaining contact databases using office software packages; • Filing documents and mail, sorting post, registering incoming/outgoing mail; • Performing any other task requested in the interest of the Unit.
