The Internal Communication Advisor provides tactical and operational support on all internal communication activities as well as a coordinating role in organizing internal events and internal company magazines. Your tasks:• Provide an internal communication year plan (including planning activities) while synchronizing activities with external communications• Provide an annual plan of all internal communication activities and keep this up-to-date• Organize special internal events on request of the management• Gather news and ensure the organization stays informed on the latest developments • Coordinate all input for electronic (and printed) internal newsletters, edit and take care of production in liaison with the printers• Provide input for the communication budget• Work with Directors from each territory worldwide to understand specific needs for internal communication and aid in developing programs for fulfilling those needs• Must be able to effectively work with departments throughout our clients company for information exchange and promote internal communication and support worldwide• Coordinate and execute an employee satisfaction survey every two years and report results to the managementYou have/are a :• Relevant bachelor degree in Communications • A (near)-native speaker with excellent language skills in American-English (both written and spoken) • Excellent Dutch language skills both written and spoken • 2-4 years relevant experience in a communication position with emphasis on internal communication • Able to work independently and pro-actively • Strong planning skills and able to monitor progress • Excellent knowledge of MS Office International company with headquarters based in The Netherlands
