You are primarily responsible for maintaining optimal client contact within the International Customer Service Center. As a hands-on manager you lead and coach by example. With your team, which consists of 6 multilingual full timers, you service European clients as efficiently as possible. You also set up and coordinate after-sales activities effectively.Responsibilities:- Lead by example- Ensure optimal client satisfaction- Develop KPI’s to monitor the department’s efficiency and capacity- Optimize and professionalise activities, processes and procedures with regard to (after) Sales and ServiceWe are looking for a professional Customer Service Manager. Someone who puts customer satisfaction and support first, and knows how to structure the department in a way to effectively achieve this.- HBO-equivalent level of thinking /experience- Minimum of 5 years experience in managing people within an international customer service/ tech support department- Knowledge of processes and procedures in a customer service environment and able to constantly keep improving them- Technical product knowledge is not required, although there should be interest- Excellent grasp of English.
