KEY ACCOUNTS Customer Representative - Native Italian Enkhuizen

• Responsible for order management of the assigned Sales Areas including batch assignment. • Manage the day to day operations within the Customer Service group. • Responsible for information flow with reference to the expected availabilities/problems/derogations. • Execute prices into SAP system for individual orders and via Master data management • Evaluation of the logistic agreements made prior to the delivery season and initiating improvements for the assigned sales area • Provide support to Market Manager and sales team for all logistic affairs like monitoring information, assortment rationalization, inventory data, cost-price development. • Participate in multi disciplined projects with group overlapping activities • Responsible for all documents required e.g. Pro forma invoices, Letters of Credits, Contracts (buyer/seller), Non-GMO, NAL, Non-Wood etc. • Support the Quality Officer for complaint handling related to the assigned area. • Manage and monitor return shipments and coordinate credit process • Collect and archive market information and prepare sales analysis. • Advice customers on product enquiries: product-; variety-, treatment-, packaging-, price information and rely for detailed technical support to Product manager concerned • Assist in debtors control • Assist in keeping customer database up-to-date • Keep assortment- and product form knowledge up-to-date • Initiate and coordinate sales campaign preparations before the season • Participate in Local Crop Unit meetings Critical knowledge • Experience in planning & logistics, Sales or agricultural on M.B.O. level • Knowledge of Planning Cycles, Sales Cycles, Production and Processes and Sales • Knowledge of customers and the business • Natice Italian with fluency in English and preferably Dutch Critical experience • Minimal 2 years experience in seed business logistics • Experience with MRP/ERP 3 systems • SAP and Microsoft office skill • Commercial attitude towards Key Accounts Critical technical, professional capabilities • Inspiring team member with good communicative skills • Analytical and commercially well developed • Customer focused • Quality conscious and service minded • Able to cope with pressure and conflicting demands • Good organizational skills • Problem solving ability / decision making • Ability to deal with customers • Ability to deal with complex business activities • Ability to influence people Large global Swiss agribusiness active in over 90 countries.
