Kansas City, MO, USA: Assistant Valet Manager

Lanier Parking Solutions is a rapidly growing parking and transportation management firm in Kansas City, MO with locations throughout the US. We need an Assistant Valet Manager with previous Valet or Hospitality experience to run our operations at Country Club Plaza. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations, including supervision of staff, customer service, loss control, payroll, scheduling and financial budgeting/reporting.

• Must have 3 or more years experience in management
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Ability to work with a variety of personnel and clients, providing professionalism, customer service and a strong work ethic
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with bookkeeping
• Cash reconciliation
• Large Events
• Must be able to pass a background check
