We are seeking a strategic thinker to drive revenue by developing and executing an aggressive sales and marketing plan targeted towards existing and new accounts in the Kansas City, MO area. The ideal candidate will have a proven, verifiable track record of success in developing new business, and will be experienced in proposal writing and business model design. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience and excellent research, presentation, and negotiation skills. Finally, our ideal candidate will bring with them an established network of contacts in the commercial real estate market. Experience in the parking, real estate, janitorial, or industrial security markets preferred.
