Work Location : Kampung Baru Subang - Shah Alam

Responsibilities:
• To control and track daily issued purchase order .
• To ensure purchasing process run smoothly and to inform respective department to create new purchase order should there is error arise.
• To check and ensure invoices/delivery orders have been recorded in the daily receiving form.
• To verify physical stock balance with system balance assisted by Inventory Assistant.
• To guide and supervise Inventory Assistant in carrying out all given tasks and ensure Inventory Assistant has followed according to the proper procedure given.

Requirements:
• Minimum SPM with 2 years working experience in handling stock inventory at related RETAIL & HYPERMARKET Industry is encouraged to apply.
• Computer literate.
• Able to handle stock inventory using UBS software.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Training will be provided.
• Those who are lack of inventory experience required will be considered for Junior positions.
