Vacancies available: Taman Medan (Petaling Jaya), Taman Shamelin Perkasa (Cheras), Subang USJ (Subang Jaya) and Taman Melati (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
• To attend and resolve customer's complaint.
• To handle cashiering and provide good customer service.
• To handle day to day administrative affairs and general maintenance of store facilities and equipment.
• Responsible to purchase of office equipment, stationary item and sundry items and ensure smooth handling of documentation and courier services.
• To liaise and follow-up with various government bodies on license application, legal cum contractual documentations, correspondences, the compliance of government's requirements and legislations.
• To provide human resource support to all HR processes and activities.
• To assist in daily operations of the store as when as required.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in retail industry is required for this position.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Must be able to work on shifts and long hours if necessary.
• Must possessed own transport.
• Training will be provided for those who has similar working experience but without job knowledge in HR functions.
