In line with our expansion, we invite suitably qualified candidates who are dynamic, highly motivated and dedicated to fill the following position:-

Work Locations: Kelana Business Centre (Petaling Jaya), Subang USJ (Subang Jaya) and Taman Melati (Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:
• To oversee and manage the overall daily outlet operation.
• To formulate and execute operational improvement plans so as to increase targeted profitability and set KPI.
• To assist in executing marketing and promotional plans.
• To attend to customer's complaints/feedback and provide positive and feasible solutions.
• To review, formulate and execute standard operating procedures with control system, ao as to minimize operating costs, ensure efficient inventory movement and security system of the outlet.
• To monitor sales performance of the outlet and to implement business strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.
• To train and motivate staff so as to increase the level of staff performance, productivity for progressive career advancement and growth. • To oversee stock control and purchases of office equipment, stationery and sundry items, and to ensure the smooth handling of management documentations and courier services.
• Responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of all office furniture and fittings, equipment, facilities and IT information system.
• Responsible for manpower planning, staff welfare and health and safety.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of proven working experience in overseeing, managing and growing outlet business performance.
• Possess strong business acumen & relationship building quality and excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to lead and supervise a support team.
• Computer literate.
