Job Description



 Development of suitable packaging materials for new products,



Activities includes,



New packaging material evaluation



Pack, container, change part suitability checking



Development of blister change parts



Analysis of innovator pack samples



 Co ordination and Monitoring of Clinical batches packaging activities (including randomization, double blinding etc), registration batches packaging and commercial packaging activities.



 Preparation and approval of Trade dress.



 Preparation of master documents for Packaging of CT batches/registration batches/validation/commercial batches.



 Co ordination for Material code creation, BOM upload with SAP team.



 Preparation of Specifications, STP’s, SOP’s. Implementation/enhancement of systems and procedures.



 Receiving of Marketing inputs, text matter, Preparation of artwork, Art work approval and issuing to SCM, proof approval, preparation of specimen & shade card etc.



 Preparation of secondary packaging configuration and dispatch monitoring for CT supplies.



 Preparation & approval of Packaging data sheet and specifications.



 Handling of Market complaints (Clinical packaging related or commercial packaging related).







 To provide support to business development team in preparing quotation for development projects and commercial projects, and freight calculation.



 Preparation of Packaging Development report.
