Company Description: Eyitayo Beverage GmbH is a grounded 21st century private beverage company with a commitment in manufacturing, packaging and marketing of fruit juice, wine and water.

Reporting directly to the companies Chairman & CEO and Board at Eyitayo Beverage International corporate head office in Lagos,Nigeria. the key responsibilities of the role include:

• Manage the entire company operations to support business objectives

• Provide accurate Staff & Management.

. Safeguard the company’s assets in Germany .

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for the Company’s Germany operations

• Administer the Production Sharing Contracts

• Maintain an IT system that meets the needs of our operations, is cost-effective, and secure

• Keep the office safe, well-maintained, well-equipped, and well-run

• Manage the risks of the Germany enterprise, including ensuring that adequate insurance coverage is in place and managing any insurance claims that arise

• Establish and maintain good relations with companies partners, and relevant government entities

• Maintain a system of community and public relations which enhances the Company’s image in Germany and benefits the environments in which we operate

• Comply with all applicable tax laws, while using effective tax planning to minimize the Company’s tax burden

• Manage the treasury functions of the Germany office to safeguard the company’s cash, maximize return on our ready cash and to adequately plan for cash needs

• Work on compensation and other matters, particularly as they relate to Staff & Management.

Key authorities the Managing Director will be responsible for:

Expenditures and budgets for administrative items

Company’s tax returns and other financial submissions

Company’s statutory accounts

Compliance to the Company’s policies and procedures

Presentations and Communications with Companies and partners

Qualifications / Experience:

The following skills, experience and qualifications are required:

• University degree (or similar qualification) in Business or related discipline

• Minimum 10 years experience in beverage industry

• Minimum 5 years of management experience

• Strong teamwork, communications, and leadership skills

• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office

• Fluent in oral & written English

Ideally, the appointee will possess:

• International experience

• Familiarity with Production Sharing Contracts and Joint Operating Agreements

• Experience with a broad range of administrative activities (tax, treasury, insurance, legal, PR, IT)
