Multilingual Team Lead Customer Services NL
For a client we are looking for a Customer Service Manager. In this role you are primarily responsible for optimal customer contact of the International Customer Service Center. As a foreman you coach a team that besides yourself counts 6 multilingual FTE’s. With your team you foresee the customers in the most efficient way of necessary information and support. You will also coordinate the after sales service activities and manage this as efficiently as possible.-Provides as a foreman (from lead by example) professional coaching and guidance to the International Customer Support department.-Provides optimal customer satisfaction.-Develops the right KPI's to the department to monitor the proper effectiveness and staffing.-Optimizes and professionalize the activities, processes and procedures in (after) sales and service.

Command of other languages is a major plus.
