Main Duties:

- Mentor and support the nursing team

- Demonstrate effective customer service skills

- Ensure provision of best practice

- Responsible for clinical and resource management

- Provision of expert clinical care

- Coordinate effective and efficient management of human, material and financial resources

Essential Qualifications:

- A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience with at least 5 years in a management position

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Masters and advantage

- Experience in emergency room or high dependency unit

- Previous international work experience would be highly regarded

- Demonstrated management/leadership ability

- Demonstrated effectiveness in change management, team building, clinical practice evaluation, conflict management and program planning required

- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks required

- An understanding of Saudi Arabia's culture would be highly regarded and beneficial
