Description:

Our Client is looking for a Nurse Manager for the Labor and Delivery Unit.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the 23-bed high risk Labor & Delivery unit and 15-bed Antepartum unit
• Manage the department budget, productivity, hiring, discipline/termination of employees, performance evaluations, etc

Requirements:
• Labor & Delivery management experience – 2+ years
• National certification - preferred
• BSN degree
• Masters Degree will be required by 2013
