QA Engineer - speaking English and Dutch NL

The general purpose of the role:: Responsible for the alignment between Global QA standard Requirements, Business & customer expectations andQuality related activities. Supports the Quality Improvement Team in maintaining theQuality Management System (QMS) and supports the development and implementation of new quality systems, CAPA's, training, procedures and audits within the Distribution Center. Handles all product related issues, recalls and related communication.Your responsibilities include:Responsible for handling all product related Quality issues. Makes Quality decisions regarding recall, returned products, rework of material, product hold tagging and transfer, product inspections and other product quality related tasks. Also maintains TRACKWISE problem reporting system for EDC as well as assisting personnel in their product problem investigations. Responsible for documentation & follow up of CAPA's. Participates in developing quality standards to meet both regional and global requirements. Supports development of quality improvements, including validation, implementation and documentation. Ensures correct implementation of Global QA standard Requirements into the EDC operational activities. Make sure EDC staff is trained and all instructions are up to date related to product quality. Maintains proactive communication with all applicable stakeholders regarding quality issues and interpreting customer expectations.
Degree in a (bio)chemical discipline or equivalent experience.Innovative and challenging attitude towards quality requirements. Proactive in identifying opportunities to leverage quality as an added value to Company products. Good computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of quality management systems and their operation. Experience in or affinity with a product quality environment. Minimum of 2 years experience in a quality related area. Good commercial awareness and a basic understanding of Company operations. It is essential that you speak fluent English and Dutch.
