Recruitment Consultant - Rotterdam Office Rotterdam

The Position

Maintaining close contact with potential and existing clients
Interviewing candidates on a face-to-face basis.
Visiting clients at their business premises on a regular basis.
Writing profiles on candidates to be submitted to clients.
Arranging interviews between the clients and candidates, following up the interviews and negotiating salary and benefits packages on behalf of the candidate.
Keeping administrative records for both clients and candidates.
Attending trade shows and network events relating to the recruitment business.
Acquisition of new business via cold sales and networking.
Build network of candidates and clients Requirements

1- 3 years experience of working in a highly commercial environment (Sales/CSR/Account Management)
English speaker. A second language would be an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and yet for part of a close team
Target driven and the desire to provide your clients with the best possible service.
Creative approach to business
Organised, able to handle stress and a sense of humour
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Ideally a university degree.
Energetic and dedicated person with a passion for people
