We are looking for an experienced Recruiter/Recruitment Specialist to work full time. The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruitment of high end/specialist multi discipline engineering and project management personnel for global Oil & Gas Projects. The position will involve sourcing of new candidates, client proposals, negotiation of rates and administration relating to the recruitment process.Your will be reporting to the Operations Manager.Essential requirements:- You will need to have at least 4 years experience in a similar role in an engineering consultancy or specialist agency to the oil and gas sector. - You should have very strong networking and recruitment skills-and ideally access to a current network of reputable engineering professionals. - Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness are essential along with a positive flexible approach to work. The successful candidate • Must be fluent in English (preferably mother tongue)• Have a valid working visa for the Netherlands and preferably be living in the Leiden/The Hague area/South Amsterdam• Must be result oriented, self motivated and a team player.• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.• Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
