Responsibilities: - Work with founders and the team to develop fast and intuitive solutions - Think outside the box for solutions which will help reduce time to market - Be ready to accept new challenges everyday and deliver exceptionally clean code - Work independently on small features and also in small teams for bigger products Experience: - Must have 2-3 years of experience working with Rails in a high scale environment. - Must be a Ruby on Rails Expert. - Understand the pain of scaling Rails (and all applications) and bring unique solutions for doing so.
