Saint Louis, MO, USA: Labor and Employment Attorney

Provide legal counsel and representation for the Corporation and its regulated and unregulated subsidiaries.

The position will principally involve matters involving labor and employment matters. The candidate must also have experience with union represented employees and experience with all aspects of employment laws including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, WARN, NLRA contract negotiation, labor arbitrations and matters before local state and federal employment-related agencies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education
Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) or Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Experience
Six or more years of experience in labor and employment matters at a law firm or corporate legal department.

Other
Licensed to practice law in the US. Excellent communication, negotiation, research, writing, analyzing and human relations skills
