Providing reports, both regularly as on demand, for International HQ and European HQ on sales and marketing areas;Monitoring of incentives and reporting on this subject in an accurate and timely manner;Making of Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and sending them out;Collecting and gathering of information for above mentioned reports from different employees and departments;Making of accurate, timely and correct provisions for the incentives;Generating management information and progress reports to allow a deeper insight into the efficiency and effectiveness of the resources that are available to the department;Correct application of applicable regulations (such as bonus systems, retail premiums, stock and demo regulations) and where necessary, making suggestions for their improvement;Drafting of Requests for Approvals, gathering of necessary data and signatures, storing this information in an orderly way and monitoring of the process.Education to Higher Vocational level.A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role.Sound knowledge of a variety of relevant processes.Knowledge and experience with modern Office packages.Commercial attitude, a team player, committed, honest, reliable, enterprising, communicative, flexible, accurate and able to work in a process-oriented manner.Fluent in English and KoreanInternational company
