This self-organizing team has management support from the top down, for trying new techniques for increasing predictability, quality and delivery. The team is responsible for choosing how best to implement new features and address issues, and works on only one thing at a time, in short iterations reviewed by enthusiastic stakeholders.The team faces the challenge of migrating a web hosting provider's control panel from a monolithic legacy LAMP application to a modern, rich web client leveraging a set of RESTful APIs, implemented in Ruby on Rails or similar agile language-plus-framework and boasting full coverage by automated tests.BSc Comp Sci or equivalent work experienceMinimum 5 years object oriented software development experienceMust be a passionate teacher and learnerInterview process will including a practical coding test and demand that candidates convincingly sell the value of agile software development, OO, domain driven design, business driven development and TDD.
