Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager Ukraine

My client is a big International Real Estate investment group, that purchases, develops, and manages office and logistic buildings as well as shopping centers in Eastern, Western and Central Europe. They offer successful participations in real estate funds which generate high yields at a conservative risk profile for both institutional investors and wealthy private clients.

The company today is one of europien’s largest private equity groups engaged in the management of commercial real estate.

Solid growth and sustainable partnerships form the path of the group is their vision. The existing office and logistics property and shopping centers are being extended considerably with property form hotel, event and leisure areas.

- Responsibility for operation of projects (building construction, non- residential)

- Administration of the Project team

- Budget planning

- Selection of involved planners and consultants for projects

- Participation at generation of contracting

- Coordination of all project participants (architects, general constructor, subcontractors, construction workers) and authorities, adjusters, planners, consultants etc

- Selection and assignment of operating companies

- On site supervising the construction work in progress

- Guidelines for and control of quality, costs and terms

Place of employment: Ukraine, Kiev

Reporting line: directly to the Managing Director CEE

Specification required:

- Completed technical education or certificate of a polytechnic

- Very good English (corporate language) and Ukraine/Russian knowledge

- Local market (Ukraine/Russia) knowledge necessary, knowledge of local players / network is a plus

- Project process (building construction) knowledge (in an operating company or real estate firm)

- Project management and construction management, author supervision

- Technical due diligence

- Sense of responsibility, loyalty, flexibility
