Responsibilities:

a.Prepares all menu items according to quantity menus.

b.Mixes and cooks specialty dishes and delicate foods.

c.Seasons foods by taste test and recipe.

d.Maintains records of food used and supply on hand.

e.Figures food cost and records on daily food cost sheet.
Cleans and sanitizes work areas.



Requirements:

1.Must be a degree holder
2.Pleasant disposition
3.At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
4.Previous working experience working in hotel lounge, fine dining and fast-food restaurant
5.Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
6. Japanese Speaking Applicants will be given a priority but not Mandatory.
