Expert web developer and designer needed for creating next generation 2.0 sites. This is an R&D position with minimal supervision and no micro-management. You will be working on new product ideas to prototype the concept. You must be somewhere between a great cowboy coder to Agile developer who can understand the big picture and build a fully functional V1.0 system from concept to completion. The hours are extremely flexible and you will work independently or in small teams with almost no manager. The compensation will be on par or exceed industry standards. In return, you must be motivated, technically creative and should have technical and communication capability to understand the deliver the high level requirements in the form of a complete web product.
